Help Procedures

At Lowell Area Schools, we utilize an electronic technology help desk application called sysaid.


Sysaid (Tech Request)

  • Please use this system for any and all technology-related assistance.
  • No problem is too big or too small for a tech request.

Simply double click the “Technology Help Desk” Icon on your desktop.<img src=“320x0w.jpg” alt=“TechHelpDesk” height=“75” width=“75”>

When your computer is down

Please use another staff or lab computer in your building to access Sysaid.


When your printer is out of ink

Please contact MOS (800-442-9070). or click here http://www.mos-xerox.com/supplies/


Student Password Issues

If a student cannot remember his/her password, you can simply look it up in Infinite Campus under the “Password” tab.
