Sysaid (Tech Request)

  1. Double click the “Technology Help Desk” Icon on your desktop.
  2. Press the f11 key on your staff computer keyboard.

When your computer is down

please use another staff or lab computer inyourbuildingtoaccessSysaid.


When your printer is out of ink

please contact MOS (800-442-9070). or click here http://www.mos-xerox.com/supplies/


Student Password Issues

If a student cannot remember his/her password, you can simply look it up in Infinite Campus under the “Password” tab.
