At Lowell Area Schools, we utilize an electronic technology helpdesk application called sysaid.
Sysaid (Tech Request)
- Please use this system for any and all technology-related assistance.
- No problem is too big or too small for a tech request.
Simply double click the “Technology Help Desk” Icon on your desktop.
If you are at home, use this link; http://lowellareaschools.sysaidit.com/Login.jsp
When your computer is down
Please use another staff or lab computer in your building to access Sysaid.
When your printer is out of ink
Please contact MOS (800-442-9070). or click here http://www.mos-xerox.com/supplies/
Student Password Issues
If a student cannot remember his/her password, you can simply look it up in Infinite Campus under the “Password” tab.
