Help Procedures

At Lowell Area Schools, we utilize an electronic technology help desk application called sysaid.

Sysaid (Tech Request)

  • Please use this system for any and all technology related assistance.
  • No problem is too big or too small for a tech request.
  • Here are two ways that can be done…
  1. Double click the “Technology Help Desk” Icon on your desktop.

When your computer is down

Please use another staff or lab computer in your building to access Sysaid.

When your printer is out of ink

Please contact MOS (800-442-9070). or click here

Student Password Issues

If a student cannot remember his/her password, you can simply look it up in Infinite Campus under the “Password” tab.
