Skyward - Paperless Payroll

Lowell Area Schools has implemented an online service for your payroll. No paper!
You may access your current and previous pay stubs, check your tax withholding, available leave days and year-to-date payroll information.

How do I access my payroll information?

1. Navigate to on the skyward site here.
2. Click on “Sign In with Google” and either log in with your Lowellschools Gmail account, or choose your Lowellschools Gmail account if it prepopulates.
3. Select Payroll Check History to view your pay stubs.
4. To view a pdf of your paystub, click the upside-down triangle next to the paycheck you want to see, then click on “Wage Statement (Employee Access).

Below instructions are only for paychecks and W2s dated before 11/1/2024

1. Simply log on to our website, www.lowellschools.com.
2. Click on “Staff”, in Red print on the top right of the screen.
3. Expand the “Business Office Links and Forms” section of the site, select My Pay.
4. A locked secure website login screen will appear. This website has the same security as your bank website, etc. Your Network login is the same login and password you use everyday to log into your computer. Your PIN is the last four numbers of your Social Security number.
5. Select Pay stub and Select a Pay Period, which is the same as the pay date and click on OK. BE PATIENT. This takes a few minutes to load the information. You may also select previous pay dates. Accessing previous pay dates takes a little more time. Please remember that your take home pay is at the bottom of the form in the “current” column of your bank or banks.

* For security purposes, once you have viewed your information be sure to click on the Logoff button. You don’t want to leave this open for others to access.

* Remember that your pay is deposited to your account on pay day. Even if you can see a future pay, the money is not credited to your account until the pay date.
