===== For all Staff or Student Personal iPad and iPhone devices: =====

===== For all Staff and Student Personal Android devices =====

(This should cover most Android devices, but since they can vary a lot between devices it is just a guideline):

  - Click on Wi-Fi and choose _Lowell-wifi-START-HERE
      * Agree to the Terms & Conditions and tap Start.
      * Choose Staff or Student
      * Log in when prompted with your normal network login.
      * When prompted, download and install the Cloudpath Application via Local Download or through the Play Store.
      * If the Cloudpath App fails, close the app and click on the Lowell-wifi-START-HERE wifi and log in again.
      * If you run into any other troubles during the process, go to your wifi settings and 'forget' the START-HERE network and then click on it again.
      * In some scenarios, we have seen it where 4th time connecting is the charm.

===== For Guests, Visitors, KISD, Edustaff, Chartwells, Sylvan and Interns: =====

  - **During School Hours (manual approval process)**
      - On your device, tap or click on Wi-Fi and choose **Lowell-Guest**.
      - Agree to the Terms & Conditions and tap Start.
      - Choose how you want to receive your verification code. (text or email requires a Cell signal)
      - Enter 4 digit code.
      - Request access by filling out the information including name and company info.
        - The tech department will be notified instantly of your request and approve it within minutes.
      - Once approved you will have access and be redirected to the Lowell Schools website.
  - **After 3pm and on Weekends (automatic approval process)**
      - On your device or phone, tap or click on Wi-Fi.
      - Choose Lowell-Guest from the list of options.
      - Agree to the Terms & Conditions and tap ‘Start’.
      - Choose how you want to receive your verification code.
        - (text or email requires a Cellular signal)
      - Prove you are not a robot and tap ‘Send’
      - Enter the 4 digit voucher code you just received.
      - Prove you are not a robot again and tap ‘Continue’
      - You will be redirected to the Lowell Schools website.
        - If it does not auto redirect you then tap the redirect option.

Troubleshooting

  - Reboot phone
  - Forget previously connected Lowell-Guest and / or _LAS-wifi-Start-Here
  - Us email if Cell signal too weak for SMS text.
