Central Office requires all new employees sign an AUP (Acceptable use policy) before the Technology Department receives a Tech. request to activate an employee account.
Others (ie, student teachers, volunteers, subs)
Whoever receives the call/email should forward a copy of the AUP to the person and inform them to print, sign and return it to CO. When CO receives the signed AUP, a designated person at CO will update the database and inform both staff members to proceed with activating the account.
