How to Change Dual Monitor Position in Windows
- Right-click on the desktop and select Display Settings
- If you place the primary monitor on top, you will get a top to bottom orientation.
- Left will give you a left to right, and right will give you the right to left orientation.
- You will need to scroll down to see all of the options shown below
Your screen will be similar to the image below, each version changes the view a little
