GroupWise WebAccess

GroupWise WebAccess allows people to log in to their LAS email from home or most anywhere in the world using a web browser. It works well using Chrome, IE or most any other browser available. It is recommended that WebAccess only be used outside of LAS (unless on a Chromebook or Chromebox inside district). When at work, please use the normal GroupWise client installed on every computer.

KNOWN ISSUES PLEASE READ:.

  • Web Access ISSUE “Your login is not current. Please login again” First trying one more time, if this does not work, you must clear your browser cache and cookies.
    • After clearing your browser cache and cookies, you must restart your browser then login to WebAccess again. You should now be able to send mail without the error.
  • Web Access ISSUE “You must specify a recipient to send to” Even though you have added an address into the To: field. You must clear your browser cache and cookies.
    • After clearing your browser cache and cookies, you must restart your browser then login to WebAccess again. You should now be able to send mail without the error
